Product information

The expansion tanks in the aqualis series are equipped with a tube made of borosilicate glass, which, in contrast to the acrylic glass often used for tubular expansion tanks, has a very high level of hardness and scratch resistance, very low thermal expansion and excellent chemical and thermal resistance. The glass tube of the 100 ml and 150 ml versions has an outer diameter of 50 mm and a wall thickness of 5 mm. The base and lid of the aqualis series are made of Delrin, and the lid and base are connected by a stainless steel rod.

The aqualis DDC 100/150 ml variants are designed for direct mounting of a Laing DDC pump on the expansion tank. Four decoupling rubbers (Art. 52220) can be screwed into the base of the expansion tank on the back for mounting on the PC case; alternatively, the pump and expansion tank can also be attached to the PC case using the pump's mounting tabs.

All 100 ml and 150 ml variants are also available with a nano coating that allows water to simply bead off the inside of the glass tube.
