Thermal Grizzly DeltaMate Fitting - ST16 Black

The Thermal Grizzly DeltaMate ST16 Black is a high-quality soft-tube fitting designed for use in custom liquid cooling systems. Machined from solid brass, an alloy of copper and zinc, the fitting offers excellent corrosion resistance and hardness while remaining anodically compatible with other metals in the loop.

The DeltaMate fitting's design emphasizes durability and ease of use. The seals are made from EPDM (ethylene propylene diene rubber), a material known for its high elasticity and resistance to ozone and UV radiation. The robust construction allows for installation using an 8mm hex key, ensuring a secure and tight connection.

This fitting features a G1/4-inch thread and is compatible with soft tubes with a 10mm inner diameter and a 16mm outer diameter. The tapered barb is secured by a knurled compression ring, which provides a high retention force and a reliable seal.

All DeltaMate fittings from Thermal Grizzly share a consistent outer diameter, which enables seamless and aesthetically pleasing integration into any water cooling loop. The matte black chrome finish not only provides a sophisticated look but is also easy to clean.
