High-Performance Water Block for AMD® EPYC™ & Ryzen™ Threadripper™ – SP3, TR4, sTRX4, sTR5 & SP6 Compatible

The EK-Pro CPU WB sTR – Nickel + Acetal is a high-performance server-grade water block engineered for AMD® EPYC™ and Ryzen™ Threadripper™ processors. It’s designed to fully cover the IHS (Integrated Heat Spreader) of HEDT AMD CPUs for improved thermal performance.

The internal structure features a dense micro-fin array with 91 wide channels, precisely positioned to cool the CPU dies located under the IHS. With three G1/4” ports on top, this block is ideal for desktop systems, workstations, and taller server racks.

Its base is CNC-machined from pure copper and treated with nickel plating. The top is made from durable POM Acetal, and the hold-down bracket is laser-cut from stainless steel. The pre-assembled mounting mechanism fits directly onto Socket TR4/SP3 mounting holes, allowing a tool-free and motherboard-in-place installation.

The block is fully compatible with AMD® sTRX4, TR4, SP3, sTR5, and SP6 sockets, making it an ideal choice for high-end desktop and enterprise environments.
