The Keychron V6 is a fully customizable mechanical keyboard that is ready for any situation and a great option for entering the world of custom keyboards. With its full-size format, QMK/VIA support, acoustic silicone pad and PBT keycaps, the V6 is designed for maximum typing comfort and increased productivity. By optimizing the switch shape, the Keychron K Pro switch wobbles less than a traditional mechanical switch and feels softer with every stroke. The K Pro switches are also lubricated at the factory, which undoubtedly ensures optimum smoothness when typing. The hot-swappable sockets are mounted on the board so that the switches can be changed at any time without soldering. The board supports both 3-pin and 5-pin mechanical MX switches. The screw-in design of the PCB stabilizers increases stability and facilitates changes and upgrades. The precise processing of the stabilizers makes the typing experience more stable and smooth, especially with the large keys (spacebar, shift, enter, delete). The south-facing RGB LEDs are designed so that the keyboard backlighting is more effective from the typist's perspective when non-translucent keycaps are installed. The RGB illumination is also free from interference when alternative OEM profile or Cherry keycaps are installed. Thanks to full QMK and VIA support, every key on the keyboard can be easily programmed and remapped. The open source firmware offers endless possibilities for keyboard layouts, shortcuts, backlighting effects and more. The Keychron V6 has also been designed with the experience of Mac users in mind while maintaining compatibility with Windows devices. It is equipped with a system switcher on the side so that two different layouts can be saved on the keyboard.
