Enterprise-Grade Water Block for AMD® SP5 Socket (Genoa) – Ideal for Workstations & Tall Server Racks

The EK-Pro CPU WB SP5 – Nickel + Acetal is a high-performance enterprise water block developed for AMD® SP5 (LGA 6096) “Genoa” processors, featuring up to 96 cores, 192 threads, and a TDP of up to 360 W. These powerful CPUs are ideal candidates for liquid cooling, especially in dual-socket systems.

Designed for workstations and taller rackmount servers, the block includes three G1/4" ports on the top, offering flexible integration and efficient coolant routing in vertical chassis configurations.

The base of the block is CNC-machined from pure copper and nickel-plated for corrosion resistance and improved heat transfer. The top is milled from black POM Acetal, and the mounting bracket is laser-cut from stainless steel – ensuring durability and long-term operational reliability.

Engineered with performance, serviceability, and reliability in mind, the EK-Pro CPU WB SP5 – Nickel + Acetal delivers industry-leading cooling performance for high-density computing environments.
