Enterprise-Grade CPU Water Block for Intel® Xeon LGA 4677 – Optimized for Workstations and Server Racks
The EK-Pro CPU WB 4677 – Nickel + Acetal is a high-performance CPU water block specifically designed for Intel® Xeon 4th Generation Scalable Processors using the LGA 4677 socket. It was engineered to manage the increased heat output of these modern CPUs and to improve connectivity for workstation-level liquid cooling configurations.
The block includes three G1/4" ports located on the top, tailored for workstations and taller server racks. This layout provides greater flexibility for tubing and efficient integration into vertically configured systems.
The base is CNC-machined from pure copper and nickel-plated for optimal thermal conductivity and corrosion resistance. The top is made from black POM Acetal, and the hold-down bracket is made from laser-cut stainless steel, ensuring long-term durability and rigidity.
Built for performance, reliability, and serviceability, this water block is the ideal solution for cooling high-density computing systems in both workstation and server applications.
