Professional Full-Cover Water Block for NVIDIA® A100 80GB PCIe – Rack-Compatible

The EK-Pro GPU WB A100 80GB Rack – Nickel + Inox is a high-performance full-cover water block designed for the NVIDIA® A100 80GB PCIe data center GPU. The block is engineered to be as slim as possible, effectively occupying only a single PCIe slot in width. Its rack-style terminal significantly reduces overall height, enhancing compatibility with tight server chassis. Conforming to the Full Height Full Width (FHFW) standard, it can serve as a drop-in replacement for both active and passive dual-slot air coolers.

Spanning the entire PCB, the block directly cools the GPU core, VRAM, and voltage regulation modules (VRM), directing coolant precisely over all heat-sensitive areas for optimal thermal performance.

The block utilizes EK’s proven Open Split-Flow cooling engine, which provides low hydraulic restriction and allows for use with lower-powered or low-speed pumps without compromising performance. This makes it ideal for multi-GPU workstations and dense server environments. Jet plate and fin geometry are optimized for even flow distribution with minimal pressure loss, even in reverse flow scenarios.

The cold plate is CNC-machined from nickel-plated electrolytic copper, while the top is laser-cut from industrial-grade stainless steel. High-quality EPDM O-rings ensure leak-free sealing, and pre-installed brass standoffs make installation fast and safe.

For added structural rigidity, the I/O bracket is integrated into the block top, replacing the stock shield and reinforcing the whole assembly. The single-slot design benefits space-constrained setups by occupying only one PCIe x16 slot.

At the back, a precision-machined POM terminal with two G1/4" ports allows easy integration with EK-Pro QDC kits and manifolds — perfect for high-density compute environments.
