Special notes regarding B stock

Used Goods:

Here we offer goods which have, for example, been returned to us by customers but show signs of having been used. This mostly includes things like fingerprints on the copper, bits of thermal paste or marks on the chips / scratches. Although the products have signs of use, they are technically sound. There is a 12-month warranty on used products.

Defective Goods:

Here we offer goods which have, for example, been manually damaged by customers, or were noticed in our own quality control checks. These products are defective and generally cannot be used without repairs. Aquatuning is not responsible for either damages which occur on the products or for damages caused through use of these products. Use at your own risk! There is no return or recall policy with defective goods.

Returns of used/defective goods:

We attempt to name all relevant “flaws”, without guaranteeing completeness. Aquatuning has no obligation to remedy any discrepancies or missing accessories/packaging, etc. The only valid reason for a return is if the wrong product is sent (packing error).
