Used goods:

We offer here goods that have been returned to us by customers, for example, but show signs of use. Mostly fingerprints on the copper, remnants of thermal paste or imprints of the chip / scratches. Although the products have signs of use they are technically sound. There is a warranty claim of 12 months on used products.

Defective goods:

We offer goods here that have been manually damaged by customers, for example, or have been noticed in our own quality control. These products are defective and can usually not be used without repair. Aquatuning is not liable for any damage caused to the product nor for any damage caused by the use of this product. Use therefore only at your own risk! In case of defective goods there is no right of return or right of withdrawal.

Complaining about used / defective goods:

We try to list all relevant "defects", without guarantee of completeness. Even in the case of deviations or missing accessories / packaging, etc., there is no obligation on the part of Aquatuning to rectify. The only reason for complaint is if the wrong product was sent (packaging error).
